The Boss CB was born on February 23, 1992, in Port Jefferson Station, New York. From a young age, he was captivated by music, drawing influence from a wide spectrum of genres and artists. Though he began his creative journey writing pop songs, it was hip-hop that ultimately ignited his passion and defined his artistic direction.
Shaped by the lyrical genius and authenticity of icons such as 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G., KRS-One, Buckshot, Eminem, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, DMX, The Game, Run-D.M.C., LL Cool J, and others, The Boss CB refined his craft and developed a distinct, commanding style rooted in storytelling, lyricism, and purpose.
Originally known as Young Money, he rebranded as CB of NBS to avoid confusion following the launch of Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment. Eventually, he stepped fully into his identity as The Boss CB—a name that symbolizes his ambition, leadership, and commitment to building a legacy in the music industry.
In 2020, he released his debut project, The Grind EP, setting the stage for his evolution as an independent artist with a mission. Since then, The Boss CB has consistently raised the bar, collaborating with a growing roster of artists including Daniella Hollobaugh, Nique-O, B. Dvine, and UK-based pop singer Annissa Murad. His standout features include “Spotlight” with Justice, “Standing in Power” with Ogee L’z, and the gritty, motivational anthem “The Heart of the Hustle” featuring Menace O.B.E.Z—a track that further cemented his voice in the culture.
But The Boss CB isn’t stopping at music. As the founder and CEO of New Vision Entertainment, he is actively building a creative empire—one that champions artistic freedom, innovation, and financial independence for rising talent. With an unshakable work ethic and a bold vision, he is not only making music—he’s laying the foundation for a movement.
The Boss CB isn’t just making hits. He’s making history.
